Our Story

A Funny thing happened on the way to the Final Four…

In the year 113 AB (2005 AD) a small faction of normal college hoops fans came together. Ok, we met in a bar. We found we all had one thing in common – a need to see the open shot of life and some serious self-coaching. Coming together was no coincidence as we needed each other, one bracket to unite us, one faith to lead us, down the road to the Final Four.

Realizing our faith, we founded this church on the very principles of James Naismith to spread the love of the give-n-go. To face a tough World with a conviction of the full court trap. To create turnovers and score on the fast break.

This is the First Church of Bracketology. We believe in the brackets – and in return, they provide happiness. Services are held every Saturday starting at noon and running throughout the season until Digger puts down the highlighter.

This is a new site and we will have much more to come, so kick it out and reset because the Road to the Final Four is long, but it begins with a single dribble.
